Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Enjoy11 ("Enjoy11", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at enjoy11.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

Enjoy11 operates as an online sports betting and live casino platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment and recreational betting purposes.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free-bet allocations, or reward credits issued by Enjoy11 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal of funds or at Enjoy11's discretion.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the Enjoy11 website, mobile site, and any associated software or services accessed via enjoy11.cam.
• "Promotional Terms" means the specific terms and conditions applicable to individual promotions, bonuses, or offers, which supplement and are subject to these Terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any amount staked on a game outcome, sporting event, or other wagerable content offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or its derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Eligibility

Use of the Enjoy11 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements renders your use of the Platform unauthorised, and Enjoy11 reserves the right to void any bets placed and forfeit any associated balances.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Enjoy11 operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style and sports betting activities. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any winnings voided.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting in your own legal capacity when registering and using the Platform. You must not be acting under duress, undue influence, or on behalf of any other person.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether imposed by Enjoy11 or by any other gambling operator or regulatory body — at the time of registration or at any time during use of the Platform.
• No Prohibited Relationships: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Enjoy11 personnel are not eligible to register accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access betting and gaming services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is true, accurate, and up to date.

Single Account Obligation: Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of bonus abuse, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Enjoy11 reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend duplicate accounts and forfeit all associated balances.

KYC Documentation: Enjoy11 may request the following documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Payment method verification (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits)
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance obligations

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure. Enjoy11 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals attributable to incomplete KYC compliance.

Deposits & Payments

Enjoy11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimums:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Enjoy11 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Enjoy11 does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment processors may levy their own transaction fees independent of Enjoy11's operations. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. Enjoy11 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following target timeframes, subject to KYC status and payment method availability:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Under 5 minutes (typical processing during standard hours)
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: 5 to 15 minutes
• Direct bank wire (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 15 to 60 minutes
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain network confirmation times

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Enjoy11 account. Enjoy11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or pending investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.

Withdrawals of funds obtained through the use of bonus credits are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The maximum withdrawal derived from any single bonus is subject to the specific promotional terms applicable to that bonus.

Bonuses & Promotions

Enjoy11 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific Promotional Terms that accompany individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Promotional Terms of a specific offer, the Promotional Terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10×, 15×, 20×) is specified in the Promotional Terms of each offer. Wagering must be completed within the specified expiry window.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted single bet is RM250 unless the Promotional Terms specify otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit may be voided at Enjoy11's discretion.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino games, and certain specialty games may contribute between 10% and 20%. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotional offer's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds expire within the period specified in the Promotional Terms. Common expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "non-cashable" or "sticky", the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from it (subject to wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This limit is specified in the applicable Promotional Terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Enjoy11 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of system errors, coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or use of automated software.

Betting Rules & Wagers

All bets placed on the Enjoy11 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general provisions and are published on the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Finality of Accepted Bets: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Enjoy11 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to system errors — and will notify the affected Player accordingly.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet vary by market and game type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. There may be brief suspension periods during live events during which bets cannot be accepted. Enjoy11 does not guarantee continuous market availability during live events.
• Abandoned Events: Bets on abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events are governed by sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In general, bets on postponed events that are rescheduled within 24 hours will stand; otherwise stakes are returned.
• Palpable Errors: Enjoy11 reserves the right to correct or void bets that were accepted at odds that contained a clear, unambiguous pricing error. Winnings derived from such errors will not be honoured.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Enjoy11 Platform. Breach of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit or circumvent platform risk management
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity
• Charging back or reversing deposits after the funds have been used for wagering
• Using the Platform on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Enjoy11
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Enjoy11 staff or other users via any communication channel

Account Suspension & Termination

Enjoy11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required time period
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a banking institution
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3
• At the Player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gambling measure

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Enjoy11 may withhold any balance held in the Account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where closure is at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after KYC completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enjoy11 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in Platform availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Enjoy11's reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by data feed interruptions from third-party suppliers, provided such errors are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable

Nothing in these Terms limits Enjoy11's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Enjoy11's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Enjoy11's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim, subject to the exclusions above.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Enjoy11 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and databases — is the intellectual property of Enjoy11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Enjoy11.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to Enjoy11. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. You retain rights of access, correction, and deletion as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gambling

Enjoy11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without restriction:

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the Platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Enjoy11 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Enjoy11's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the Customer Support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by Enjoy11's licensing authority. Players retain the right to pursue remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
